To save customers time and money, Neutriherbs was able to hit a strategic arrangement with DHL such that products are transported directly from the closest DHL service areas to customer destinations within the shortest possible time and with great reliability.
- All states in the South west: (Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Kwara, Ekiti & Osun states) including Delta & Edo states ships from DHL operational facility in Lagos. Delivery fee starts at N1800 for less than 2kg and extra N500 applies for OFF location destinations and extra kg.
- All states in the South-South & South-East: Including Uyo, cross river, Bayelsa, Enugu, Abakiliki, Anambra, Imo & Abia ships from DHL operational facility in PH. Delivery fee starts at N1800 for less than 2kg and extra N500 applies for off location destinations.
- All states in the North and Middle belt regions: including Kano, Kaduna, Kogi, Jos, Jigawa, Borno, Nasarrawa, Kebbi, Adamawa, Taraba, Kastina, Gombe, Bauchi, Benue, Niger, Sokoto, Yobe, Zamfara ships from DHL operational facility in Abuja. Delivery fee starts at N1800 for less than 2kg and extra N500 applies for off location destinations.

All Neutriherbs Products To States Outside Lagos, Abuja & PH Are To Be Prepaid Before Shipping
Since DHL doesn’t accept cash on delivery, This means all orders going to all 34 states handled by DHL outside Lagos, PH and Abuja is mandated to make full payments for products and delivery before shipment either via transfer to the company account or via online payment with paystack.
For customers in Lagos, PH and Abuja delivery fee still remains as low as N950 and you can either pay on delivery or before delivery.
